If you want to exchange or return the product you ordered, you have a 14-day return policy if necessary. Masks are not refundable for hygiene reasons.
Please note that the product to be replaced or returned must be unopened in its original condition and preferably packaged in its original packaging. Products must be returned unused and all product labels must be kept attached to the product.
